This is a high-fiber, fat-free snack that tastes great.
3 sweet potatoes
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon chili powder
Scrub sweet potatoes. Slice into very thinrounds. Spray baking sheet with nonstickvegetable oil spray. Lay rounds on sheetand spray the tops. Place in preheated350°F (180°C, gas mark 4) oven and bakeuntil crisp, about 10 minutes. Sprinklewith spices.
