Ingredients

Tabasco adds a little heat to these pecans.
2 tablespoons (28 g) unsalted butter
½  teaspoon  salt-free  seasoning  blend(such as Mrs. Dash)
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 pound (455 g) pecan halves
3  tablespoons  (45  ml)  Worcestershiresauce

Spicy Pecans

Put butter, seasoning, and Tabasco saucein  12  ×  8  ×  2-inch  (30  ×  20  ×  5-cm)baking dish. Place in 300°F (150°C, gasmark  2)  oven  until  butter  melts.  Addpecans, stirring until all are coated with
butter. Bake for about 15 minutes, stirringoccasionally. Sprinkle withWorcestershire  sauce  and  stir  again.Continue baking another 10 minutes untilcrisp.
