Ingredients:
● 1/2 lb rock shrimp, roughly chopped
● 1/2 mango, diced
● 1/2 shallot, finely chopped
● 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
● 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
● A dash of chili flakes
● Salt
● Pepper
Instructions:
1. Put rock shrimp In a mixing bowl and combine it with the mango, cilantro,shallot, lime juice, and chili flakes.
2. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with mixed greens.
