Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Lemon and Capers

●3/4 lb Brussels sprouts

●1 lemon
●1 Tbsp capers
●1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil

:1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut bottoms off of the Brussels sprouts, then slicethem in half. Put the Brussels sprouts in a pot filled with salted boiling water.Cook for 8 minutes or until fork tender.

2. Remove Brussels sprouts from the water, then drain. Place them In a mixing bowland toss with capers, lemon juice, and olive oil. Season to taste with salt andpepper, then place on a roasting pan.

3. Roast Brussels sprouts mixture for 10 minutes, then serve.
