This is a nice sweet fruity dip or spread.

1 orange
1 cup (110 g) broken pecans
2½ cups (365 g) raisins
¾ cup (175 g) mayonnaise

Do  not  peel  orange.  Quarter  and  seedorange. In a food processor bowl, processorange  and  pecans,  covered,  until  finelychopped. Add half of the raisins and all ofthe  mayonnaise.  Cover;  process  untilraisins  are  chopped.  Add  remainingraisins;  cover  and  process  until  finelychopped. Transfer to a covered container;chill.

Yield: 28 servings
