They may not sound too appetizing, but wait until you taste them.
1 cup (80 g) quick-cooking oats
½ cup (55 g) broken pecans
½ cup (45 g) instant cocoa mix
½ cup (130 g) peanut butter
½ cup (170 g) honey
1 cup (72 g) graham cracker crumbs
Mix oats, nut pieces, and instant cocoamix in a large bowl. Add peanut butterand honey. Mix everything in the bowluntil it looks like mud. Place grahamcracker crumbs on a sheet of waxed
paper. Take 1 teaspoon of cookie mixtureat a time and roll in your hands to make aball. Roll the cookie balls in the crackercrumbs and place on a paper plate orbaking sheet. Store in the refrigerator.
