●1 1/4 lb ground beef
●2 1/2 oz Swiss cheese, grated
●1 egg, beaten
●1 small onion, chopped
●1/2 green pepper, chopped
●1/2 small rib celery, chopped
●1/2 tsp kosher salt
●1/4 tsp pepper
●1/4 tsp paprika

Low Carb Swiss Loaf

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix all ingredients together with clean hands until well combined.
3. Pack meat mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Slice and serve.
