2/3 cup (74 g) pecans, toasted
2 tablespoons (28 g) unsalted butter
8 ounces (225 g) cream cheese
½ cup (115 g) sour cream
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup (80 g) grated onion
¼ cup (38 g) chopped green bell pepper
3 ounces (85 g) chopped dried beef
Toast pecans in butter. Cream together
remaining ingredients. Spread creamedmixture in buttered 9-inch (23 cm) pieplate. Top with toasted pecans and bake20 minutes in 350°F (180°C, gas mark 4)oven.
