Granola Toast

1. In a small bowl, beat the egg white with the orange zest, vanilla extract, and milk  until thoroughly blended.

2. in a second bowl, pour the granola. Dip a piece of bread into the egg white mixture, then coat it with granola. Do the same for the rest of the bread slices.

3. Place a skillet over low-medium heat and melt a quarter of the measured butter.Place the coated slices of bread in the skillet two at a time, and cook for about 2minutes per side. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes or until golden. Do thesame for the second batch

4. Serve the granola toast with sliced banana to sweeten.
