Use this recipe for those times when you are looking for something a little fancier for dessert.
1½ tablespoons Amaretto liqueur
2 tablespoons (30 g) packed brownsugar
½ cup (115 g) sour cream
1 cup (145 g) strawberries, halved
1 cup (145 g) blueberries
1 cup (150 g) seedless green grapes
In small mixing bowl, combine Amarettoand brown sugar. Add sour cream and mixwell. Prepare at least 2 hours before
serving. Stir occasionally to dissolvebrown sugar. Put fruit into sherbet glassesor small soufflé dishes. Drizzle withsauce.
