Ingredients

These are sweet little treats to nibble on.

1 cup (145 g) cut-up dates
3 teaspoons flour
1 cup (110 g) finely chopped pecans
½ cup (100 g) sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Date Chews

Combine dates with flour and stir to coat.Stir all ingredients enough to blend. Place1 teaspoon each in mini muffin pans thathave  been  sprayed  with  nonstickvegetable  oil  spray.  Bake  at  375°F(190°C, gas mark 5) for 12 to 15 minutes.
