Ingredients

This is a nice sweet treat to nibble whileyou are watching television.

1 cup (86 g) chopped dried apples
5 cups (40 g) popped popcorn
1 cup (55 g) halved pecans
4  tablespoons  (55  g)  unsalted  butter,melted
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons (30 g) brown sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Cinnamon Apple Popcorn

Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C, gas mark½).  Place  apples  in  a  large  shallow baking pan. Bake 20 minutes. Remove panfrom oven and stir in popcorn and pecans.In  a  small  bowl,  combine  remain ingingredients.  Drizzle  butter  mixture  overpopcorn mixture,  stirring  well.  Bake  for30  minutes,  stirring  every  10  minutes.Pour onto waxed paper to cool. Store inan airtight container.
