This is the kind of party food that will have everyone guessing about the ingredients. What they will be sure of is that they like it.
2 cups (280 g) chicken, cooked
8 ounces (225 g) cream cheese, cut intochunks and softened
½ teaspoon minced garlic
1 cup (110 g) finely chopped pecans
6 tablespoons (84 g) mayonnaise
4 teaspoons fresh dill
Combine chicken, cream cheese, andgarlic with chopped pecans in food
processor or blender and blend just untilsmooth. Add mayonnaise and dill andblend again. Form into a ball and arrangeon a bed of lettuce. Sprinkle withadditional dill.
