1-Preheat oven to 350 degrees F F. Lightly grease a small pie pan with cookingspray.
2-Grease a saucepan and place over medium heat. Cook the broccoli floretstogether with the chicken broth, stirring frequently for about 10 minutes, until thebroth has evaporated. Pour into a bowl and chill for 5 minutes in the refrigerator.
3-In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with the beaten egg. Add the cookedbroccoli, milk, and cheese. Season with pepper.
4-Transfer the mixture into the prepared pie pan and bake for 30 minutes,uncovered. To check for readiness, insert a toothpick in the center. If it comes outclean, it is ready. Set aside to cool at room temperature before you serve.
