Ingredients

Because it’s a little spicier than some party mixes, this one will definitely let you know that you are eating it.

12 ounces (340 g) almonds
6  cups  (180  g)  Crispix  or  otherhexagonal multigrain cereal
1  cup  (45  g)  goldfish-shaped  or  othersmall crackers
¼ cup (55 g) unsalted butter
1  tablespoon  (15  ml)  Worcestershiresauce
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon thyme
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Because  it’s  a  little  spicier  than  someparty  mixes,  this  one  will  definitely  letyou know that you are eating it.
Cajun Party Mix

Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C, gas mark½).  In  a  large  shallow  roasting  pan,combine  almonds,  cereal,  and  goldfishcrackers.  Melt  butter  and  stir  inseasonings. Pour over mixture and toss tocoat.  Bake  1  hour,  stirring  every  20minutes. Spread on paper towel to cool.Store in an airtight container.
