1. In a food processor or blender, mix together the cottage cheese, milk, lemonjuice, Parmesan cheese, and turmeric. Season with white pepper, then puree for30 seconds or until you get a thin consistency.
2. Place a skillet over medium heat and pour the pureed mixture into it. Stiroccasionally until heated through. Do not boil.
3. Arrange the cooked broccoli florets on a serving plate and pour the sauce on top.Serve immediately.
