This seemingly unusual combination works very well.
16 ounces hominy
16 ounces (455 g) navy beans
4 ounces (115 g) cucumber
1½ cups (390 g) salsa
4 ounces (115 g) diced green chiles
1 tablespoon (15 ml) lime juice
½ teaspoon cumin
Puree hominy, beans, and cucumber in food processor until smooth. Put mixture into bowl and add remaining ingredients.Heat and serve with tortilla chips.
