These are not your usual nuts. The flavor and spiciness can be varied depending on what kind of barbecue sauce you use.
4 cups (580 g) mixed nuts
1 cup (250 g) barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 300°F (150°C, gas mark 2).In medium bowl, combine mixed nuts andbarbecue sauce; stir until evenly coated.Spread on ungreased baking sheet;sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at350°F (180°C, gas mark 4) for 20 to 25minutes or until nuts are dry. Transfer towaxed paper. Cool completely. Store in
tightly covered container.
