Ingredients

This is a German-style pancake, baked in one large pan in the oven, then cut into serving size pieces.

1½  cups  (180  g)  whole  wheat  pastryflour
1½ cups (355 ml) skim milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
¼ cup (55 g) unsalted butter
1 cup (170 g) sliced strawberries

Baked Pancake

Gradually add flour and milk to eggs. Meltbutter in 9 × 13-inch (23 × 33 cm) pan.Pour  batter  over  melted  butter.  Bake  at400°F (200°C, gas mark 6) for about 30 minutes.  Serve  with  fresh  slicedstrawberries.
